Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

Currently we are only offering shipping to the United States. Our goal is to resume shipping internationally in the near future.  Please stay tuned for updates. 
 

Processing 
All of our goodies are hand crafted and prepared in small batches.  Please allow up to 7 business days (not including weekends or holidays) to receive and fulfill your order. Orders are shipped Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. 
 

Shipping 
Once we process your order, please allow 3-5 additional business days (not including weekends or holidays) for your goodies to arrive.  Please be aware there may delays beyond our control especially due to Covid-19 and shipping carriers workloads. We are here to work with you every step of the way should you run into any barriers in reaching the carriers for updates. 

Incorrect address provided by customer
Please triple check the mailing address your provide for our team to generate a shipping label is correct PRIOR to finalizing your order.  The customers may be responsible for additional shipping costs associated with an additional shipment.  If you realize you provided the incorrect address, please contact our team immediately. 

Contact must be made with our support team @ayecurlscustomercare@gmail.com prior to a shipping label being generated. Aye Curls is not responsible for packages lost or delivered incorrectly due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer.  Refunds are not issued due to incorrect address information provided. 

Products arrived damaged
Oh no! We want to see you smile! Please send an  email to ayecustomercare@gmail.com and we will be happy to assist you. 

Package lost or stolen
We will gladly inquire with the carriers to confirm the delivery address, date of delivery, as well as the tracking and shipping carrier information to provide to our customers in order for them to investigate. Once the customer has contacted the carrier directly, and the carrier is still unable to locate the package, please contact us @ayecustomercare@gmail.com


 Aye Curls is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address provided by a customer for an order.

We hope that you truly love all your hand-crafted goodies but we also understand no two heads were created alike sis. We never re sale a used or old products. Due to the natural ingredients used to create our formulas, ALL SALES ARE FINAL If your order arrived damaged- please contact our service team @ ayecustomercare@gmail.com for assistance.
